Paper Submission
About the Conference

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high-quality original, previously unpublished experimental or theoretical research papers for presentation at the conference. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Papers must be prepared strictly according to the conference template. The manuscript should be written in English with a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 12 pages, including figures, tables, and references. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by experts from the respective technical tracks.

Authors should submit their manuscripts only through the Microsoft CMT system. Kindly do not submit the same paper multiple times, as duplicate submissions may result in the cancellation of your paper.

Plagiarism Policy

Any act of plagiarism is considered serious academic misconduct and will not be tolerated. All submitted manuscripts will be screened using iThenticate to verify originality. Papers must satisfy the conference plagiarism policy, with an acceptable similarity index of 10%.

Important Author Submission Policy
  • Only the corresponding author or a co-author listed in the manuscript should submit the paper through Microsoft CMT using the same email address mentioned in the paper.
  • Submissions made by third parties or through alternate email addresses are strictly prohibited.
  • All author details—including name, department, affiliation, and email address—must be correctly entered in both the manuscript and the Microsoft CMT submission system.
  • The list and order of authors in the manuscript and the Microsoft CMT system must remain identical throughout the review, acceptance, and registration process.
  • Changes in authorship (adding, removing, or reordering authors) after the initial submission are strictly prohibited.
AI Disclosure Policy

Authors are required to disclose any use or proposed use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or AI-assisted tools during manuscript preparation at the time of submission. The disclosure must clearly specify the AI tool used, its version (if applicable), and the purpose for which it was used.

Generative AI or AI-assisted tools may be used only to improve the language, grammar, or clarity of the manuscript and must always be used under appropriate human oversight. Authors are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying all AI-assisted content, as AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, distortions, biased information, or content presented out of context.

The Publisher (EDP Sciences) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or refuse publication of any manuscript that does not comply with its AI policy or ethical publishing requirements.
